Costs Decide a Fast Robot
Frequent trading rewards a cheap quote, so an ECN or Raw Spread account belongs at the top of the shopping list. More accounts are unnecessary, so a single funded balance is plenty. Rather, load several charts with the robot and set Position Sizing to a fixed lot, 0.01 per symbol for instance. Every symbol therefore trades a controlled size, and the profits from all of them add up together inside one account. Should you want maximum compounding on one instrument, then give that symbol its own account in risk-percent mode. Never mix risk-percent with many symbols on a single account, though, because each chart would size on the full balance.
Installing the SGDJPY EA MT4 Package
- To begin with, download the ZIP from your account and unzip it.
- Open the terminal, choose File -> Open Data Folder, and then copy the Windshear EA folder, .ex4 file included, into the Experts folder of the MetaTrader data folder.
- Restart the terminal afterwards, or right-click the Navigator and pick Refresh.
- Finally, drag Windshear EA onto an M1 chart, enable AutoTrading, set your risk in Inputs, and click OK.
