What the AI Trade EA needs
- Platform: MT4.
- Timeframe: recommended M5, but all of them.

This Expert Advisor does not work with version “Build 1420” or higher. Therefore check the build of your terminal before you install it.
The strategy is quite simple
- When price crosses the lower level of the RSI from bottom to top, the robot opens a BUY deal.
- When price crosses the upper level from top to bottom, the robot opens a SELL deal.
RSI is an oscillator, so it travels between two extremes and returns. Consequently, those two crossings mark the moments when the pressure of the previous move starts to fade.
Lots and signal timing in the AI Trade EA
- You set a fixed lot in the settings (Lot), or the robot calculates it automatically from the initial capital. You can also configure it in the control panel.
- Given that the indicator may temporarily cross either the upper or lower levels during the candlestick formation process, the robot examines the trade signal upon the completion of a candlestick. Consequently, it starts the trade at the opening of the subsequent candle.
That single rule removes most false signals, because a wick alone never triggers an order. Moreover, it keeps the behaviour of the robot identical on every timeframe you choose.
How the AI Trade EA closes its positions
However, the closing phase becomes more intriguing. Primarily, it closes trades when an opposite signal emerges. In other words, if there are open buy deals and a sell signal materializes, the robot terminates all the buy deals and establishes a single sell deal.
Nonetheless, if any of the buy deals possess a Stop Loss that would generate a profit or simply reach the breakeven point, the deal remains open, excluding swap considerations. The same principle applies to the sell deals.
So the robot never throws away a position that is already working for you. Instead, it lets that one breathe while the new direction starts its own cycle.
Installing the AI Trade EA on MT4
- First, open MetaTrader 4 and click File > Open Data Folder.
- Then copy the robot into the Experts folder inside that data folder.
- After that, refresh the Navigator, so the robot appears in the list.
- Next, drag it onto a EURUSD chart and pick the timeframe you want, ideally M5.
- Finally, switch AutoTrading on and watch the control panel on the chart.
A low spread account matters here, since the robot opens on candle closes and every extra point comes straight out of the result. Also, a VPS keeps your terminal online when the computer is off.
