Notice how the two conditions are mirror images of each other. Therefore you only have to remember one idea, and the direction takes care of itself. However, an arrow on its own is not enough, so wait until the indicator sits in the matching zone.
Timeframes and pairs
Start from M15 and move up as far as you like, because the higher charts give fewer signals and calmer ones. All pairs are allowed, so build a short watchlist and follow it every day. In addition, a quiet pair with a narrow range will rarely reach the extremes, therefore pick symbols that actually move.
Installing the real profit maker system on MT4
Setup takes a couple of minutes. First, open MetaTrader 4 and click File > Open Data Folder. Then copy the indicator files into the Indicators folder and the template into the Templates folder, both inside that data folder. Next, restart the platform or refresh the Navigator panel. Finally, open an M15 chart and apply the template, so the arrow and the black box appear at once.

Give yourself a few sessions to get used to the rhythm of the zones. In addition, size your stop with the timeframe you chose, since a higher chart needs more room.
